I got one approved labour in EB2 from a company other than my company whom I am currently working with. This labour is approved in January 2004. I have some question regarding this transfer of labour.
1. The qualification of the person applied is, MCA and mine is MTech(Electrical) – education evaluation makes it equal to ‘Master of Sciene degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Computer Engineering’. Will this be OK?
2. The skill set of the person applied doesn’t exactly match with mine skill set – how difficult that gets to?
3. What kind of experience letters should I submit. My previous companies doesn’t provide me with experience letters listing the skill set that I worked on. Is it OK if I submit the reference letters from collegues of the ex-company?
4. I am planning to apply H1 through this new company but chose not to join them until I140 is approved – will that be OK?
