I had my I-140 for CP, but I opted for AOS. Since my case is ND 03-30-01
and INS (VSC) seem sto be looking at these cases, does anyone
in this board had an experience of getting their case pulled back from a consulate abroad to INS and approved? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CASES
TO BE RETURNED TO INS?
