Transfer of an approved future H1B.

I am presently working on OPT through a consultant and have a F1 visa. I also have an approved H1B visa from another employer, which will be valid from June 22nd, 2004. My OPT expires on June 23rd, 2004.

1. As my H1B is only valid from June 22nd and I did not work on that H1B yet, is it possible to transfer my H1B visa NOW from this employer to another employer?

2. Can I transfer my H1B even if there are no pay stubs?

3. Can I use my OPT pay stubs for H1B transfer (if possible)?

4. What if my H1B employer cancels my H1B visa?

5. What are the other options since working on new H1B visas is valid only from October, 2004?

Please help.

-------- NOW or at this time you canot tranfer H1b for H1 transfer you need recent pay stubs from H1b employer, better work for 2-3 months with the H1b employer and once you get pay stubs then file H1 transfer through other employer

----- NO, you need recent 2-3 pay stubs

4. What if my H1B employer cancels my H1B visa?
----- you will NOT be on H1b and canot use H1B to remain in US, if you have other status you can stay, they day H1b is revoked it is gone.
5. What are the other options since working on new H1B visas is valid only from October, 2004?
-----best option is to work with H1b employer, others will post if you have any other alternatives I am not expert on F1
