Transfer N-400 from Judicial to Administrative District

I have read many complaints about the long wait times to receive an oath letter after the interview in judicial districts like Kansas City in which one must wait for a Federal judge to become available to sear one in. Does anyone have any knowledge of how long it would take to have a case moved to an administrative district like Dallas, TX where people can have an administrative swearing in which can be done immediately? Surely it does not take even a month to transfer the file. Please post your responses.

They have oaths in Raleigh, NC every Friday, but will you pack your bags and come here, do change of address and the whole nine yards just to get a quick oath? Besides you will be misrepresenting that you moved, to me its not right and one should not do it, also the law states that you have to be a resident of the district for 90 days to apply for Nat'z in that district, Lets hope they do not consider oath a part of application and make you wait 90 days to get a oath in that case you are better of staying where you are because it sure will not take 3 months in KC for a Judicial oath.

The only way you can have your case and oath moved to different district area is by physically moving to that district, which in turn would incur a delay in your oath of up to 3 months (or more) due to the move in jurisdiction.
