Transfer/interview case

I would really appreciate if anybody can answer this question...
My case got transferred to local Washington office, and I have no clue when the interview would really happen. I didn't change my employer, but I've been working at some other company as a part time employee for a year. My question is, when I interview, I will have to show my W-2 form and tax return and they will know that I've been holding two jobs. I know it's not illegal since my EAD is valid, but do you think they will object my case on this matter? My attorney says it shouldn't be a problem, but I lose his confidence after all the unexpected things happened.
Please advice with your expertise.

As far as I know, this shouldn't be an issue as long as it is a legal/valid job, with all the papers.
