Transfer I-485 from VCS to CSC

My I-485 filed on May 2004 @VSC now after AC21 my new employer is comming under CSC.

1. Do I need to inform BCIS to transfer my case to CSC ?

2. Will this transfer will help me? because VSC is in Jun 2003 while CSC is in May 2004?

Guru's please help :confused:

To answer your question, 1) No need to inform to transfer your case, it is they who determine whether to transfer or not.

2) Definitely it would help. If this is the case, everybody would have taken up a job in California !!
 
I have seen in previous posts that generally they transfer case (some exceptions apply) if address has changed to different county/state.
