Guys:
My wife will be getting her K3 visa very soon. Her I-130 is approved and i am waiting for Packet 3 to arrive at my place so I can send that to the NVC. I am trying to find out if NVC can expediate the review of my documents (I-864) and Packet 3 so that it can reach the Delhi Embassy quickly by end of January as that is when my Wife's K3 interview is. Because if her I-130 petition is at Delhi, the embassy will issue the Immigrant visa instead of the K3 non-immigrant visa.
Can you tell me if NVC can expediate the process through Congressmen though I am going to try it anyway?
My second question is if that can't happen, can I request NVC to send all the I-130 papers to Canada so we can get the I-130 i.e. the Immigrant visa from Canada, is that possible at all?
