Transfer from VSC to Baltimore-INS

Hi Guys,

I went to Baltimore - INS & spoke to IO regarding address change
from VA to Baltimore,MD .

-She was telling me that they receive transfer cases in one month.
 
-Within 90 days they start to work on transfer cases.

-If you do not hear from us within 90 days then you can visit to INS.

-This month a lot of cases are transfered to Baltimore-INS

I think in 3-4 months they will send letters for interview /Pasport Stamping.

What do u mean when u said that its gonna take 90 days. Is 90 dasy the time frame one can expect interview notice or after 90 dasy of transfer INS will go thru the file and then more dasy to schedule the interview.

They will schedule an interview within 90 days after thay receive the file or look at it after 90 days

After receiving the case, They take maximum of 90 days for
sending letter to applicant .

My case was transfered on 06/04/01 But till yesterday they have not received it . She was telling me that it will take 1 or 2 more week to reach in our office.

I think this info will be enough for you guys ...
