I did M.Tech in India and came to US on F1 visa for doing Ph.D; after 3 months on F1 visa, shifted to H1B and from then onwards working for the same company from an year. Planning to attend H1 stamping in India. Will it be a problem for stamping ? And the consulate might ask why did i change from F1 to H1B within short period of Time? How can convince him and did anybody faced similar type of situation. Plz. advice me. Thanks in advance.
