Transfer/Extension same time - Jim/Jaxen help

Working for CompanyA which visa expired on 11/30/02, companyA filed for extension in Nov '02 (with RD: 11/28/02 ND:12/3/02).

Company B filed for Transfer in Jun'02 and got approval in Jan'03.

I didnot receive the approval for CompanyA's H1B extension yet which I am currently drawing my paycheck. Hoping will receive in one/two weeks.

MY QUESTION to experts:

Will there be any problem in my CompanyA's H1B extension? because of approval from company B's Transfer.

Will INS send a query on this?

Any one with information is greatly appreciated.
 
No Issues. I dont think company A's processing will be affected. However you cannot wait more than a specified time (60 days?) from approval of B company visa from joining company B.

I am planning to join Company B from May1st '03. Do I need to send any kind of notification to INS now (to avoid 60days validity from approval date).

Please advice me.
