Patcha_Card, the interview was very simple. I went to the bloomington office 2-3 minutes before my appt time, showed my appt letter and was immediately sent upstairs and straight to the interview room. My attorney was already there ... we were called for interview. I was given oath, and asked to verify my name and date of birth, then 4-5 yes/no questions asked - ones you put in adjustment application. i tried to tell her, about a dismissed citation for driving after suspsended license, but she didn't seem interested it, it took her 2-3 minutes tops, and my interview was over. The officer spent rest time talking about family matters with Attorney ... meanwhile had called the state dept for visa # and then stamped passport, and we were out.
so i had very good/effecient impression of the local immigration (the opposite impression i have to the regional office ... they made me wait so much. My receive date, is May 2002. End of the waiting.
I very much hope, that you and everyone shall be approved VERY SOON. goodluck.
