Company is considering my transfer from St. Louis to Chicago (would be effective after completion of 180 days). The position and job responsibility will stay same. Need to know whether AC-21 would be valid in my case. If so, please let me know whether I need to maintain my residential address in St. Louis.

You are with the same company. You dont need AC21. Chicago is also under NSC , right? So why do you need to maintain address in St. Louis?

Thanks for your input. Yes, St louis and Chicago fall under NSC. My concern is that the LC is for a job in St Louis. Will that be an issue with INS.
 
You should submit a new LC for the new location. I think you have to have it within 5 days. Its very simple to do.
