Tranist through London GATWICK needs TransitVisa ?

My In-laws are here in US on a Visitor Visa and they are going back to Qutar (Houston --> Doha) via London Gatwick airport. Their US-Visitor visas are valid. Do they require a transit visa at London Gatwick Airport ?

Depends on their nationality.
I know for a fact that people with Indian passport who have US Visitor Visa require UK transit visa...the airline can give you more information.
