Since DOL is processing 17th OCT and ur case was tranferred on 16th OCT.

Fee raise

All the application fee will be raise on Feb. 19.
Does anyone know that this date is the post office stamp date OR the date for INS receiving the case?

How long does it take to get the case number in DOL database after transfered from EDD?

My case was transfered from EDD to DOL around the end of last year, I checked the DOL phone and email auto-respond system, there\'s still no my case number, and my lawyer didn\'t got the receipt from DOL, either.

Please instruct me, thanks a lot.

About 2 months. Mine was transferred in Mid Nov and got a case # in early Jan.

so what was your RD?

So did your DOL case have a receipt date in January or in November? In other words, when DOL says they are done with November cases will they have processed your case?

RD was in early Jan...I think the DOL goes by the RD.
Its a looong wait so far. Hope things pick up.

how to check when is my RD?

I have been transfered to DOL on 11/26/01. But I don\'t know when is my RD. I did not know that it takes 2 months between transfer date and Receipt date. Please inform. Thanks!
 
so what date is SESA processing right now ?

my case went into EDD on 12/20 - i think its going to take forever for my LC to go thru.

- 07:02pm Oct 17, 2001 EST - SESA California has approved and forwarded my LCA to SFO office on 10/12/01. My PD was 04/30/01. Case number 92XXX.

- 04:13pm Jan 28, 2002 EST - I got my labor certification from DOL (California) today.
My RD at DOL was 10/18/01.
Best Of Luck to my friends waiting for their clearance.

So, i dont think, there is a 2-month wait between transfer date and receipt date. So, i continue to keep my fingers crossed.

Gumnaam - Please take note of the fact that shishir was just in the deadline of 245(i) cases and the delays were after that PD.
Hence his time diff between transfer and receipt date is less.
We all wait though.
Is DOL still processing Oct cases?.

I think there might be 8000 cases before mine. Here is what I think

Luckstar\'s case number is 09507XXX ( R.D 29 OCT ) and mine is 09514XXX (R.D 07-DEC ). so I think there are 7000 to 8000 cases between us.

There might me also some 2000 cases from 17th OCT to 29 OCT.
So I am seeing some 10,000 cases before me.

I think it might a long time before I get my approval.

There are not more than 3000 cases after shishir at SESA.

U r right. But DOL processes CA, AZ and couple of other states. So I think there are around 3000 cases. I might be wrong too.

Is your PD 5/21?. My PD is 5/11 and RD is in the 1st week of jan.Transfer from Sesa to Dol around 12/13 Nov. Pls clarify.

Yes. My PD is 05/21. I dont have an RD for DOL.
But my app. was forwarded from SESA to DOL on 29th Nov.
