Traffic ticket wont show up in license abstract

Hi,
I live in Boston MA. A year ago, I have got a speeding ticket 89mph on 65 limit in NY. This ticket doesnot show up in my MA license history. I filed the ns400 and finger prints are done. Now waiting for interview. I received a letter from immigration to bring all the original citations or the attested copy of the tickets. How can I show obtain a copy of ticket ? What shall I do ?

License history comes from secretary of state database (DMV) while the tickets history comes from court databases. Both are seperate. If you didn't loose points or failed to pay fine, it will show up in your DMV history as well. Otherwise, contact the county courts where you got the ticket and ask for COURT DISPOSITIONS. That's what you need to show that you paid fines.

This is my personal opinion.

Call the court but if you can not get a copy,don't worry. The letter you mentioned must be that yellow letter. It does not treat traffic ticket differently than other crimes but the IO may not care about traffic ticket
 
Just to let you know my experience. My wife had 1 ticket and I had 2. Her interview was about a week before mine. To prepare for hers I obtained her DMV records which showed the fine. The IO said that she needed the court information, but passed her anyway. For mine I went to each court (2 different jurisdictions) and got a printout. The same IO did my interview, she took copies, but still did not care much about the traffic tickets.
