Looks like Seattle DO was indeed being extra fussy....hopefully, not anymore..check this out -

Seattle DO is very fussy and goes by the book. There are many cases where citizenship is denied for having more than a few speeding tickets, applying a week early, fishing more than you are allowed etc. You must go ultra-prepared when dealing with this DO.

Wow. Great news item. Seattle DO is hammered with this lawsuit. They were being too unfair to select applicants

Congratulations on your interview. So if they give you the Oath letter is that means they wont do a FBI Name check for you. If the answer is Yes,
then how come DO sends some people for a name check but other dont.

Lawsuit

I like that Seatle DO lawsuit. I wish they should go after all the DO,s to make sure it wont happend again. Their should be a blanket rulling all accross
the US mmigration DO, enough is enough.

I love this Country and the Judicary.
After all their is light at the end of the tunnel.
