Hi All ,
Can any one please help me with the following questions i have.

1. I have a few traffic citations , all of them paid , but in some cases i have delayed going to the court within the stipulated time frame given on citation. So in those cases i believe there was an arrest warrant would have been issues , but is cancelled the moment i paid the fine.
Would such arrest warrants issues for you late payment of fine on traffic tickets cause a problem.

2. How long back tickets do they care about. do i have to report even if i get a speeding or traffic ticket 7-8 years back.

3. Once i got a ticket for Manifestation of Prostitution , when i talking to some girl right outside a night club about 8 years back. it was a normal fine of $185 and thats all . Its a traffic citation .

Can some one help.

For the determination of moral character they mainly focus on citations and arrests that happened during statutory period (5 or 3 years), but you're expected to disclose all citations and arrests, and provide court documents for all convictions.

they probably run background check on you via state/federal agency databases...If you can afford it and USC is important to you, probably you should get a good attorney to help you to put your case together.
