My husband had a traffic accident more than 7 yrs ago (regular accident not dui). The other driver sued because she wanted more money from my husband's insurance company. There were no arrests but the insurance ended up paying. My question is, since this was not a crime/arrest, we answered no to all the questions on 10D of N400. Is this correct?
