Hello,
   Let us track is any one with out 2 nd 140 approval got there 485 approved... even though i did not send RFE but Avm has updated

what the means any one in same boat

Please post more details. Are you saying that you get RFE for 140 redo and before you reply for
I-140 REF, your 485 got approved?

I still don\'t get it. ching132, could you give us more detail what updated AVM saying about your case even without sending your RFE. They received your RFE or don\'t need it anymore. Thanks!

485 AVM updated but you did not reply to the RFE??

I will make it clear... we got RFE for medical exam ( as my wife could not take it because of pregnancy), and 140 amendment.
so we send medical exams and also 140 receipt number and application to INS with in the time limit they gave us..
i got RFE on Feb they gave time to sumit before May ... 90 days time to submit as i could not get apporval by that time
is send whatever stuff i could send.. now AVM says they recieved my RFE papers it will tak 990 days etc...
 
  However i just got news my 2nd 140 is approved...

please let me know if you need more info

Basically you have applied for I140 amendment like a regular I-140.
waited for I140 receipt and sent as a RFE reply along with medical docs.
My lawyer sent the I140 amendment application as a response to RFE.
For me it says we recd yr response on feb 9th in 485 mesg.
For i140, it says we recd yr appln on Feb 12th ( which is the nd for I140).
still waiting
no 140
no 485
