With the onset of June, there are a lot of you whose priority dates have become current. And with the labor substitution ending on July-17, there are a lot of people who are going to apply for concurrent 140 and 485 using substitute labor. This thread is to track those applicants who have filed 140 and 485 using substitute labor. Please add your information.
Just as an FYI, I DIDN'T get the substitute labor from some head hunter consulting firm, I got it from my own company (F-500) where I have been working for more than 5 years now. And I also have my EB-2, I-140 approved with priority date of Aug-2005. This substitute was given to me under a policy which allows my company to give unused labors based on seniority to existing applicants who can't file 485.
