Tracking of PRIORITY DATE, RECEIPT DATE For SEP 2003 Filers who got I140 Approval.

Hi All
who ever Filed I140 in Sep 2003 and got their Approvals, please post your Receipt Dates and Priority Dates from your I140 Approval Document.
It will help us to Keep track of what basis the Priority Date changes.

says there between 360 and 450 days.

Priority Date is the date on which your labour was filed. It will not be there on your I140 receipt notice. It will be there on I140 approval notice(as sekharpc mentioned). So just post when ur labour was filed??

Priority Date

Here are my details...UCIS did upated my I-485 yesterday, saying my Finger Prints Received.

It would be nice if CIS approve your I140/I485 applications soon.

Did you call FBI or CIS after your FP to update your records ? I don't understand how CIS works, but I did my FP one week before your date, but I don't see any update so far....

Regarding Priority Date, MY Labor is applied in march, approved in may. i applied in nov for 140/485. But my priority date is indicated as november on my FP notice!!! i dont think priority date is labor application date.
