Tracking of Passport sent for Revalidation

Hi,

I sent my passport on Jan 2, 2003 and I am still waiting for it. Is anyone can tell how can I contact them, to know about the status of that.

I also called them by using no.202-663-1225, but never got response from them.

And Please tell me what is the average time to get it back.

No way to track revalidation. See revalidation tracker for approval info...
