Folks, i have incorporated my corporation and i am willing to answer any questions you might have.I have also received my labor certification recently and i am waiting for a chance to file I-485.I want to put an end to this issue once and for all, i am gonna post my progress of green card process till the very end.You can all see for yourself, that if i get deported or become suucessful businessman.Every revolution seeks the first blood.I am ready to offer mine.

You cant possibly know more than those profesionals.

I doubt that. Any immigration lawyer who says that working without authorization is ok is definitely not a professional...

Forget about that. What about YOU?? Thats the real crux of the issue.. First explain everybody whats your source of living. You spent 20hrs/day on this/other forums. So how you make your living? I doubt your body is running short on nutrients which causes you to post endlessly. So post your education to get some minimum wage job

I am not sure if this thread is still active

My wife and I are both on 485 since a year or so, Our GC is stuck in Name check and not sure when it will come thru.

In the meantime we are thinking about opening a company, my wife being the owner and continue my Job with the current company. Do any of you see any problem with this ?
