I was approved for my first L1 visa and thereafter changed attorney who filed my L1 extension. The one who filed the extension got disbarred for frauding someone else and is missing in action.
Now I got a letter saying my case was approved and I moved in the meantime, so the approval notice went back to INS. I have been trying to findout if my extension is valid - If it is, how do I track it w/o WAC number.
Any help will be great. Thanks.
