Those of who got approved recently can you put the approved date and the date at which they got the approval copy.

AD : 10/23/01 CC:Waiting.
 
Approval notice not sent yet

I called IIO today as automated message is not updated. They told my approval notice is not send out yet.
 
AD: 10/26/01 per AVM. Not received yet.

Can we go for passport stamping anyday to Arlington, VA INS?

I just got CC to my home address. My Attorney didn\'t get\'em yet.
I think , i can go with them for stamping, am i right?

Stamping question for you guys, please help!!

My approve date is 10/26/01
My H1 was expired on 11/01/01
H1 extension is pending in INS. My lawyer gets receipt notice, but she has no intention to give it to me. Since client only need the actual I129 H1 notice.

Since I will be unable to show my latest H1 to INS, do I need to worry whether they will ask for my employment status in order to stamp my passport?
If I request an employment letter from HR, it will take a while to receive it and then go stamping....
If it\'s not necessary to proof my employment, then I will go next Tuesday.

What do you think?

I don\'t think they will ask you such questions or verification based on what I have read from the people\'s stamping experience. If you go to an interview, then it might be a problem because the decision is not made yet.
But your case, your decision is made and the local INS is just doing a PP stamping for you. right?
Also, your H1B is already filed and pending.
I wouldn\'t worry about it.
