Mine is EB3 , concurrent filing 140/485 .

RFE - Degree Evaluation . I have four years degree , the mistake which I did was I submitted an old degree evaluation .

"Immigration officer did not like your Deg Evaluation" , those were the words said by my lawyer.

Anyone know when can get EAD card?

My EAD was approved, but it is about one week passed, anyone knows it take how long to get the EAD card?

140,EAD online status

Just i Have applied for 140,485,EAD and Nebraska service center received on May27 .I found my LIN details on back side of checks, how to check the online status for 140 and EAD.
