I-140 Approved - NSC is great

Unbelievable but its true!!!!!

I got my I-140 approved in just 2.5 calendar months.
NSC is great.

ND 01/22/03
AD 04/04/03 (Online status updated. Notice on the way).
EB2/RIR
Not concurrent.

Filed I-485 filed during mid March. Have not received any
notices yet.

Considering the progress (my apologies to those that have
been waiting for long) being made, I was hopeful that my
I-140 should get approved in about 3-4 months.

I have recently got my Labor cleared and am applying for 140 and 485 concurrently in EB2 category.I have a question regarding the EAD .Does the 140 needs to be approved inorder to get the EAD ?Any idea on processing time of EAD.

Jahanpanah: any reason why you did not do concurrent. Why not CP either?

today i checked the status online and it says its approved.

I think my received date is 01/14/03. I am going for CP. Anybody with the similar situation?

I am also waiting. RD 27 Jan. I see some cases after my date being approved. Please post if you any further info.

I have manually checked the first 1000 cases for LIN03088xxxxx with RD Jan 23, 2003 and came up with the following results.

Thanks for the excel sheet. How did you get this info? The first five digits of my LIN is 03-091-*****. Also, I see in a separate thread that even EB2 cases (which are moving much faster than EB3) are pending for Jan RD, since they opted for CP.
I see that yours is also CP (same here) and maybe the delay. Let's hope we don't have to wait long.
