I-140 approveal after RFE

My I-140 is approved after replied RFE about company's ability to pay.

I-140 ND: Dec 23rd, 2003
RFE notice date: Feb 23rd, 2004
RFE replied on Apr 13rd, 2004
My lawyer received the approval notice last Thursday saying it is approved on Apr 22nd, 2004. One strange thing is that online status and phone status still say that"reply is received on Apr13rd, 2004, we are working on this case, blah, blah ....."

EAD approved on May 3rd, 2004
AP still pending
