Hi guys,

This is nice, atleast we can track people who have notice dates as nov 2002. The other thread has become so big and spread sheet missing data.

We will be better, if we track based onthe month, instead of pool ofdata.

My information

140 approved, Nov 7, 2002
485 ND Nov 20, 2002. NO EAD, AP for me,
Applied EAD for my wife, has same receipt date of mine.

... my I140 was clear in <10 days.
 
i'v applied in EB3 category and i mailed my I140 docs on 10/14/2002 and later on i mailed I485 docs before i knew my I140 was cleared(i mean i did not fill in A#).

I have not yet got a receipt notice for any of my applications. I had filed an amended i-140 simultaneously. Anyone else still waiting for the receipt from NSC who have filed around mid November. Please post details.

FP notice not yet received

I have got my EAD and AP for my wife, child and myself but yet to get the finger printing notice. ND date in Novemeber and EAD and AP approved by Jan 6 - Jan 9th. Received the EAD card and AP from my attorney. But, still waiting for FP and for many ppl it looks all three have come at the same time and also many have gone for finger printing who applied for 485 during November 2002 either in February or in March.

Yesterday I called IIO, Lady picked the phone after i ask to check status based on A#--------.
She informed some good news "Your I-485, is on it's way to a officers desk, which might take 7 to 30 days max" for approval. If there is a RFE it will be sent....
I was totally confused, as I was expecting my 485 to get approved some where NOV'03.
Does anybody's in this forum, came across such situation....

Well buddy, looks like somebody up there is watching out for u. Hey if u get it early, great for u, although IIO's are known to give bullshit info too. So take it with a pinch of salt and pray that what you heard is true. The earliest I know is one friend in CSC get approved in 6 months and another in VSC in 7 months.
But hey good luck friend.
