Congrats. Happy to hear your approval. The RFE you got is w2 for the last 4 years & you had few w2's that are below your salary. Can you please explain how you responded to the RFE & your thoughts if less w2(half the salary mentioned) for a year in the last 3 years would have an impact on the GC.

RFE response

As I posted earlier, I was issued a RFE which I replied two weeks back. Online message still does not confirm that they have received my RFE response.

Do you guys know how much time it usually takes online message to show up that they have received my RFE response?

RFE received: 7/20/04, sent the response right away.

Different times they ask for different things. Therefore, my lesson from former RFE did not help to prevent the next one :p :p :p

Tracker mentioned that my case has been approved on 8/3/2004 which is wrong. Not yet approved. kshashikanth, please update the tracker whenever you get a chance.

The date you are seeing is current date and it will be in green color that means cases have replayed for RFE and waiting for approval, if it is in Red color then that case has approved. For calculation purpose and it will be easy to read how many days have past from date of RFE replay.

I've received my second FP on aug 3rd and it's scheduled for 9/11/04. I went for early FP today, they accepted to take with no questions asked,

Have a early fingerprint with local USCIS office

Hi Kshashikanth,

I have my 2nd FP done on Aug 4 even though 09/10/2004 is the original scheduled date. I went in the local USCIS and they took my fingerprint without further questions.

Please update it on your tracking list.

Finally 2nd FP -- Missed the appointment date

After a long wait They have issued my 2nd FP 7/21. But I was out of country until 8/12. I checked my mail only on 8/13. Appointment date was 8/3 So Today I went to the FP office and talked to them. They took my FP with out any big fuss. So for those of you who have missed or thinking about what will happen let this be a good example. Now waiting for next step...
