It is always good to inform USCIS about your change of job using AC21 , here I am attaching sample document which you can send it to USCIS , make sure that you send it through your attorney or you can do it your self, if you are doing make sure that you send a copy of your I 485 Receipt and approved I 140 copy.
One more thing please post your details.

Here I am attaching updated xls sheet , one more thing if you observe the xls sheet , you will find two extra column named RD+570 days and RD+600 days , it shows almost 90% people in this tracker finished 600 days , so how long does USCIS will take because according to them it will take 570 – 600 days to get answer ? Welcome your comments on this.
One more thing if you call USCIS customer centre at 800-375-5283 after you check automated status there is option saying that ‘ if you think your case is taken more than the time mention please press 9 to talk to customer specialist’ So here is my question did any people tried to talk to customer specialist , if yes please share your experience .
I tried on Friday but after 20 mins my phone got disconnect automatically , again I tried but it was too late , so I will be trying today (Monday) or tomorrow (Tuesday) and I will give my update.

there are 2 posts today one with RD 10/02 and other RD 12/02 (yeah! just two :mad: ) that have their online status updated to RFE has been sent ...

user ids are naamuthi and hawaii ...

My own RD and ND are in 11/02.

Lets keep our fingers crossed.
 
As on today, I have not seen any primary applicant with RD between Aug 2002 to Dec 2002 claiming their 485 has been approved. If any one of you have info from outside the current thread please post.
There is no update about 2nd FP..... :confused:

Guess USCIS has asked me all possible evidence

My RFE is about EVL, Birth Cert, Marriage Cert, Medicals

still havent replied waiting for medicals....

Is this the usual or default message, it still says some 500 days on the new updated status:

On May 11, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

So mostly I think you will get your result with 30 days ......don't worry you will get it ASAP....

The new e-mail system sent me an e-mail saying an RFE was sent out for my case.
Haven't received it yet, so not sure what is in it - I am guessing employment RFE.
Will keep you posted. A bit worried since I am just switching employers now, but hoping the AC21 will be OK.

No FP2, No RFE yet???

Looks many people filed around Sept 02 got FP2 or RFE.
My case: RD - 09/12/02, ND - 10/08/02
No FP2, No RFE yet. I'm so worried. :confused:

I moved and changed address in 09/03. Is it possible they send me FP2 or RFE and I did not receive? How to find out since they do not update online message for FP2 notice?
 
Can you tell us when did you finish your first FP .......and other details like EB2 /EB3 which state .......

Acually to find out if the address was updated, sign up at BCIS site for creating portfolio, when you create your user id and password, go into the
account and add your LIN numbers to the portfolio, that will give you last updated date on your file. It should be around your address change date.

Thanks, Gsumk. I did what you said. The last updated date for my I485 was 09/11/03, which is around the time I requested address change. So that means they did update my address? Wish I will get FP2 or RFE soon.

For you info, my FP1 was on 11/15/02. I'm EB2 in MI.

Online status for self and family

My online status now says RFE received on 05/11/2004, but for my wife and son it still says last updated 10/30/2002.

Does this mean that they may not get approval(...I am hoping I will get approval some day) the same time as I will.
