I don't have the exact dates of my friends cases. But all of them
have dates close to my dates (couple of us got FPs on the same
day).I will update this thread whenever possible with whatever
information I can post.The reason why I am posting this info is
that I know for sure that they don't post anywhere online.

All I remember is that 3 of us have 2nd FP on June3rd and other
sometime in last week of may.

Whats wrong with RD 9/19

Looking at the sheet those who have RD of 9/18, 9/19 and 9/20 didnt recieve their 2nd FP. Any one knows whats the big deal about these three dates ?
 
On Birth cert affidavits, is it enough to get the affidavits from the parents, or do we also need from relatives??? :confused:

It is better to get Affidavit from your parents and Uncle/Aunty(Like your moms brother/Sister).

Majority of the Sep '02 NDs who have got rfe so far didn't get 2nd FP notice. that does tell something.
 
Yes, it tells that those who recieved RFE, their 1st FP did not expire yet, so their file was sent to IIO and a RFE was generated. Since your FP has become current now (04/15/04), your file may go to IIO.

About a couple week earlier I received an email mentioning my spouse fingerprint has been received on somedate July 2003, and the process has resumed, but I did not get any email on my case or the status did not change on my case, me being the primary. We did our FP in Jan 2003, but the status says sometime in July 2003, so does this mean that the 15 month will start from July 03, which means my finger print has not expired

The Xls file is really good, but is it not nice to have country of origin too in that.

It will gives us a good understanding how the RFE is generated. or some insight to think?
