140 receipt number can not be found

I tried to check my case status this morning. It says the following message
The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

When I checked the last night it got the standard message saying that we mailed you a receipt staing that blah blah blah...
I called the 1 800 375 5283 number just now. It says this case has been approved. Why they have removed the case from the online system?. Is this because of spacious issues?.
Prasanth could you update the spreadsheet?.
