As you all know, last month the priority date move by 2 months, from April 1, 2002 to June 1, 2002.

Lets track the EB3 cases with priority date April/May 2002 so as to see how the cases are processed as the priority date becomes current.

July 2005 Visa Bulletin

July 2005 Bulletin shows that Visa numbers are totally unavailable for EB3 category for people from India/China. Unfortuantely I am in that category.
Any reasons for this drastic step? Any idea on how it is going to be for next few months?
In such a scenario, can one apply for AC21 (or is it only when visa numbers are available)?

hello everybody,
finally my gc got approved. i have my case details below.
I changed my employer and started with new employer on the June 20th and was working on the documents needed for AC21, but I guess dont need to spend time on that anymore!!

What is the 140 amendment around 08/2003 about?
I wonder if there will be any more approvals for EB3 in the month of July 2005 (because of retrogression)

the 140 ammendment was to change employer information, my division got bought by another company, and to add my wife's details.

Help Regarding Second Fp

Can someone clarify please . As I have changed my Lawyer in the middle of process, just wanted to make sure if I need to go for another Finger Printing after 13 months .. experts pls advice.

Should i be expecting another biometrics notice in near future?

What is the validity of the finger printing ?

I am worried as my previous lawyer might not forward the notice to my current lawyer and I fear non appearance shuold not reslt in abondoning of application (cant handle any new surprise)

EB3 Approvals since Jan-2006

Hello Everyone.

I am just curious if anyone has seen EB3 Approvals for India since start of this year. USCIS has been moved the dates till month of April.

My PD is 13 Nov-2000
I-485 RD 10 Nov-2004

Just thought USCIS may be waiting till the end of September for sending approvals.. Is that possible.

Your's and my case are exactly the same - I am also an EB3 lab. sub. case from India - PD Sep 2000. I also recently got exactly the same reply of "additional review" from INS regarding the status inquiry I did a month back. I also have exactly the same concerns as you have - have'nt seen any EB3 approvals with PD bet July - Dec 2000. I thought it was only at VSC - but now you're telling that it's at NSC too!!!!

Something really weird is happening - Please do keep in touch and let me know incase anything changes at your end - I will do the same.

BTW have you been able to figure out whether "additional erview" is the same as name-check - if not then what is it???

I just came to know from an immi. officer that "additional review" is the same as "security checks" - so I am actually stuck in it - There seems to be no end to this frustration.

I understand your PD is current. Have you ever asked senator or congress man to check with FBI ? Sometime they help if you approcah them .

Hello Aakash,

when did you apply for I-485 and for how long you have been waiting..
Just curious .. when i went for CODE 3 finger printing .. there were match for my 2 fingers.. the lady doing the scan said it's not a big deal as the machine is very sensetive.. by any chance did you had any issues when you went for the Finger printing..
