Tracker for EB3 cases

I dont think so...the processing times should be same for both cases. Better check with your lawyer.

Now we have to watch for these LCs-I140 cases:

Obsoza - EB3 - Subs - 10/09 (RD)
Posit_GC - EB3 - Subs - 10/15 (RD)
Sai999 - EB3(?) - Orig - 10/16 (RD)

Sai999, thanks for the clarification. The update on processing dates shows that INS is processing 30th Sept for EB3 - we should start praying, I guess...

Looks like very few members actually write to this forum...is there any other forum that has members who are a little more active ?

Has anyone heard anything ? What date is INS processing the I140s for ? The site shows 30th Sept...

RFE received

hi all,

EB3 LC Sub ND 12 June 02
received RFE Dec 07 02
response sent 1st week of Jan.

updated site status says since prelimnary processing is complete it will take 90 days...

What is meant by prelimnary processing ?
 
Gurudev,

I guess "prelimary" means that they have already gone thru your file and just require you to justify what they requested in the RFE.

BTW, what is your RFE details? What this an exact match as far as education and experience goes?

I think there are few guys under EB3, then EB2
Also year end holidays, will cause some delays.

Does not looks like there is any other forum.
If some one knows about any other better site, then let
us all know.
Also if you have any information from your friends
then you guys can share with us.

Lets hope for the best and some quick aprovals,

Your long wait for I-140 finally got response from INS. At least INS is reviewing your case even you still received REF. My REF was received since Nov, 16, 2002. There is no news still. Did you use fax inquiry to INS then you get respose? What is your content for REF? When is your received date for REF?

RFE was received was company financials

i agree at least I have a response

I simply kept calling at the 1 800 number

Everytime a moron picked up he would say well give it a couple of months ...

I think eventually the INS got around to it at its own pace

do call that number (don't say you are the petitioner, say you are the employer, otherwise they won't talk to you) I would say talking has a therapeutic effect, it tricks you into thinking you can help the situation, that you are really doing something though in reality its all dependent on INS

you know i usually use my cell phone to call after 9pm ( using my night and weekend plan) and it just goes right through every time. You can try that, i remember i called about 6-7pm and is always busy.

You finally got approval from INS. Good luck at your next stage.

It seems that i am the only one who is still stuck at I-140 approval for July case. I am really worried about my case. I guess my laywer may not do a good job for REF response. Then why INS took so much time to process my case?

Anyway, hopely I can get the response asap :)

please do not worry too much about this ....

I would advise you to call your lawyer or call the INS if you are very restless.

however, I have seen wonderful results on this board when people were least expecting it

so keep yourself busy and try not to check the INS website
every day ( i know its difficult)
