We have seen lots of approval from last months to now .Congratulation to all of you got approval . I have not seen many from original TSC.
We don't change our finger then why fingerprint is expire anyway,mybe they don't have backup storage on disc to store.
Please post you status So we can track what's going on with our cases:-

I-765-EAD: -23rd May 2007 Fingerprint done on 15th June 2007 pending
 
I talked to a TSC IO yesterday and she said that my name check was cleared but no one was working on my case.

Today I got a request for additional information. I think it's for a TB skin test as I didn't have one done and only had the chest X-ray.

Spoke to TSC/IO- case is pending and in staging area(don't know this area) Please post your experience.She don't know visa is assign or not .

Spoke to infopass IO on Mon the 16th. All background checks are clear, she gave me exact details like date etc. She also asked me to contact the IO on 485 receipt to request for 2nd FP and status in general..anyone with similar experience?

A week ago TSC IO had told me that name-check was pending.

OK, after about 50 mins wait, I got thru TSC. The IO was very polite and helpful. She said name-check and everything is clear but FPs are expired, they expire after 15 months. So she put in a request to schedule one. I should receive it in next 30 days. I asked her if I could just walk in, she said, I cant dot that. She also said that my case would be up for approval once they receive new FPs, no need for another name check. Hope that is true.

PD: 05/2007
Last Updated Date: 07/03, 07/04 and no change after that. I dont know what this means?????????????????

Missed couple of times already

O well... i missed the train couple of times already . Jan 2005 india eb3 retorgessed.. became current in march 2005 and unavailable july 2005 then moved to 1998 in october 2005 . converted to eb2 this Feb with no luck.i have a feeling that eb2 140 is not linked to 485.

We all just want to know how many TSC originally file cases are approved recentally or all approved just waiting for postal mail to post the approval.

Me too - spoke to TSC IO today though

Hi
Spoke to TSC IO after 25 minute wait.
Guess I am stuck for no reason.
She said everything is ready and clear.
I asked if visa number is assigned and she said YES.
Then she said it si waiting for an officer to pick up. Could be 2 days or 2 months..she cannot say.

Though my spouse is not so lucky. Hers is still awaiting namecheck.
Could this be the reason why they are not processing mine too.

This is thread we need to alive because this directly connect to one of thread created by S_Readdy and have LUD 7/7/7/ or 7/14/07.
Originally file GC on TSC all have LUD on 140/131/
Is it right guys ?
