You need to call AAO. My case is also there for more than 14 months. As per AAO, it is taking around 17 months for EB3 case.
 
The LUD on my I 140 (EB2) appeal and 290B changed again today. Only the dates changed, the message is still the same.

It's been hapenning almost every weekend for the last about a month now.

Anyone has an idea what could be going on ?

LUD change

This LUD change happened for me as well. Looks like everybody had this LUD change. Let us hold on to our hopes!!

Looks like we are in group. Same changes on my case as well. Since all our case are somewhat similar, INS/AAO may be clubbing the cases for a "Mass Decision". Whatever that may be.
 
My LUD of 140 and 290B changed on 08/12/2006

Although my application is filed in VSC it is following a very similar pattern.

140/485 denied: Ability to Pay issues 11/2004
140/I290B transferred t0 AAO: 04/2005
New 140 RD using same Labor : 05/2005
LUD of 140/290: 06/03/06 06/17/06 07/08/06 07/22/06 8/12/06
 
My I-140 appeal got approved today.Got a call from attorney.Thanks to everyone in this forum.And Good luck to all who have been waiting.

I guess United Nations explained my case.

And United Nations deserves all the credit for approval of my case. The arguments he presented were awesome. And I'm glad that those arguments reached someone who listened a bit.

And UnitedNations, thanks a lot for your help. You are the man !!!

Congratulations, Sonupv. That's really good news. At least, there is still hope in appeals. Recently, did you have LUD changes besides weekend?

The last LUD change on my case happened on 8/12/2006. Nothing after that. And the messages haven't changed since Feb 2006.

Congrats!!!. Have you checked your online status message now? Is it changed?

My LUD for the appeal was changed on 07/08/2006, 07/22/2006, 08/09/2006, 08/10/2006, 08/11/2006, 08/12/2006, 08/16/2006 and 08/17/2006. This morning, I got mail with the status change. The current status is " On August 16, 2006, we received this case back from the Administrative Appeals Office. If any further action is appropriate, we will notify you when it is taken ...."

My attorney is out of town and I have to wait till he returns to know about the AAO's decision.
