Hi All
Lets track how long it takes for Approval after 2nd FP
Most of Apr 02 and Mar 02 fillers are getting 2nd FP.
Approval is right around the corner. This is just to track How ther trend is after Approval

Also some of friends who I have missed are welcome to post the details.

My Details
RD : 02 Apr 2002
ND : 15 Apr 2002
1st FP : 07 June 2002
2nd FP scheduled : 15 May 2004
3rd EAD Renewal : 6 Feb 2004

The hard fact is, one must wait until their dates offcially become current. And must pass atleast 6-8 weeks after their fp2 schedule date. there is no impact of early fp2.
If you are lucky enough, approval may occur as early as today.

I am done with my 2nd FP in early March (12th) still no status change, I just lost an permanent opportuntiy in one of the world's best company just because of this GC crap.
Hopefully 2 months should be the right time for it.

Done 2FP on Feb 3rd, was expecting approval in one month but already crossed 2 months time frame and lost the hope already, so frustrated by this...............

Anyone with the same scenario :(

It's good to look at trends where there appears to be some correlation between 2 events. With CIS there appears to be no correlation between 2nd FP and approval. So my suggestion is don't waste your time to analyze data that doesn't make any sense. I was done with my 2nd FP on 10/18/2003. Waiting for RFE Notice after Senatorial inquiry.
 
All, Please do not waste your precious time on this predictions. Unfortunately, it is not in our hands.
So, it is just matter of someone looking at you case and adjudicating.
 
Please count me in the waiting list.
Hoping for the best and expecting the approval in 2 months.

I think you will be approved this month itself ar at most 1st week of May.

We just received our 2nd FP notice for Newark. Here are my details

Category EB1
FP1-15th June 2002
FP-2-21st May 2004
AD - ?????

I know you have been waiting for sometime after 2nd FP
Since your case is RD Apr 02, I think INS is clearing all cases in Feb and Mar 02 and sending out 2nd FP for Apr cases

Since in your Case you are already done with 2nd FP, I think you will lead starting the approval case starting for Apr 02
Just hold , Approval is right around the Corner and I am sure you will have your surprsie Packet (Approval) on your way

I did my early 2nd FP today which is scheduled for 17th Apr.

FP1 1st Oct 2002
FP2 8th Apil 2004
 
No Approval even after 2nd FP

I completed my 2nd FP on Jan15 (as scheduled).

Still no approval.
No status update.

Living in the dark, like many others.....

Just wait , As All Apr cases will be revisited.
I think in about a month you should have good news about Approval
Most of us are scheduled for 2nd FP in and About Apr End to May
I personally think there will be Approval pouring in for Mar, Apr and May 02 guys somehwere around May

2nd FP.

I got my 2nd FP notice and completed on the Scheduled date April 15th at Detroit ASC.
When I called FBI and checked, they said they have completed and sent it to NSC.When i told them my case is pending at VSC and it should have gone there,they said that NSC has the ability and will send to where it has to go.Is it true?? anybody in the same boat.
(Note: When i filed for 485 i was in KY and move to MI a year ago and got my 2nd FP notice to my new address)....
