Hi All,

Please Please take time to help everyone out in adding your data to this spreadsheet. Esp need people to input from March and April waiting since march is starting to get approvals.

I was thinking that we can make it such that people in coming months can use this spreadsheet and go on and add their info.

one problem i forsee is the spread sheet going into diferent streams with lost entries. :) what I can do about that for now is to keep tracking it as owner of this thread and keep it as clean as possible.

Thanks.
Prashant.

I-140 NSC EB2 RIR with CP option:

Received date posted on BCIS website : 05/02/2003

Oh BTW: What are RD and ND and what is the difference ???

well, there is not much difference. RD is the reciept date and ND is the Notice date. i think everybody tracks the approvals by notice date. but RD and MD(mailing date) are mostly informational.

==========================================
The way these numbers are made is as follows.
LIN - NSC
EAC-VSC
WAC-CSC
SRC-TSC

the next two numbers are the year. 03 - stands for 2003.

the three after that is the number of Working days from Oct 1st which is start of that fiscal year.

the next digit is normally 5 or 0. 5 represents available online status.

the next 4 numbers are your case number on that day.
==========================================

oh, i think that the ND and RD are available on the reciept notice you will get from BCIS. they dont have a PD(priority Date) for I-140

The date available on the website is the Reciept date.

Prashant.

so, what are my RD and ND ???

because I only see one date on the BCIS website and it says that they received my application on May 2, 2003. So, is this date my RD or ND ??

I was able to convert the table into text for easier viewing.

anybody who wants to add info please let me know or post a message in this thread and i will add it if you want.
Again, March and april filers, very eager to get info about your cases whether or not you got approval.

Hi,

My I-140 got approved.

RD date Feb 08
EB3/RIR/CP
LIN: 03-102-5****
Approved on June 2nd.

Came to know about it only yesterday. I had a problem with the
wrong filing fee for I-140 and had two LIN numbers. I was checking one, while it was the other that was approved. Please
refer to my older postings for more info on this.

Good luck to those waiting.
