Status - still showing received only will mail decision for both online and AVM
However got an RFE - for company tax returns on 09/29/03. Will courier on 09/30/03. Does anyone know how long after RFE does one ge the EAD..... Am desperate for it....

Address Change and effect on Service Center
Hi,
I am working in NJ. I am moving to WA next month.I have applied for
I140/485 in Vermont. Should the case be transferred to the Nebraska
center? (under which WA falls) or will the case be continued in VSC
itself?
Will my case be delayed on account of the address change?

Did they updated your online status? My case is approved but online showing as received. I am very much concern because my 485 is very close to approval

Your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received on August 18, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 60 and 90 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

I received my EAD extention card yesterday. Everything looked fine with regards to dates and name. But, I have one question, that is on the right hand side it says "finger prints not available" is this common. I did not file electronincally and i did my fingure prints last november.

Applied for EAD renewal for my wife (dependant)
mailed forms on 09/09/03 via USPS with tracking #
according to usps.com VSC received it on 09/11/03
Got receipt on 09/20/03
RD: 09/11/03
ND: 09/16/03 (check cashed 09/15/03)
AD: No yet as of 10/03
Will post as soon as it is approved
got RFE generated on my I485 on 09/11/03 (coincidence? I guess if your case is due - EAD renewal is a way to cause it to be touched, but not nesseseraly approved )
