Finger Print- 01/14/2003

I140 & I765 - Approved 06/28/2003

I131 - Approved 07/23/2003

I485- ?????????????

None of above is approved yet. This is very strange, can anybody
tell me why they have not processed,...................any idea?

my parents had same case as u have, they have got their PR in august 2007,
I want to ask u smthing if u could help me, I am in india and 25 years of Old
My parents have filed for me with their I 140, I 485 petition, the time when they made petition for me i was below 21 years, Notice date: JAN 2002 and when their GC came i was above 21 years old, recv dt: Aug 2007 so here i want to know that would i get benifit of their petition toward me becoz i m aged out, and also Is this file is still in process or closed ??
recently they came to see me in india and they gave me SRC number of I 824 application to check the status, I have checked it in uscis site, it shows case is pending..

I am writing this to you becoz u also have filed I 131 for some alien relative, what had happened to that petition??did they got benifit ?

better times - our dates for concurrent filing are the same
can u send me a pm when u have any changes -and i shall do the same

All,
Please see the signature, read it carefully and compare the dates with your filling or case, If one found similar than please lets me know what had happen or what will happen in this kinda case..
