track MD cases

I am starting this thread to track MD cases went to PBEC.
Here is my info:
RIR EB2, filed in Apr, 2003
45-day letter replied in Mar, 2006
State: MD
Backlog Elimination Center: Philadelphia
ETA Case Number: P-05151-xxxxx
 
I'm also from MD.

Filed for LC in March 2005.
No 45-letter.... :( No case number..... :(
I suppose it went to Philadelphia Backlog Center,
but I have no way of knowing for sure.... :(


No news at all.... And according to other posts, I have years of waiting ahead of me.... :mad:

Try PERM

Consider re-filing in PERM. You would get something in around 3 or 4 months. There is a thread that tracks cases that got approved by refiling in PERM.

Its really worth in your case. With an approved labor and I-140 you get 3 years H1 extension. Its not good to wait in this queue with your priority date.

I am repenting the day I decided to take up a job in MD. MD has always been slow. Now when they centralized the certification process, even then MD cases lag behind other states. it sucks.

My LC was filed from Maryland in Aug 2002, finally I got mine approved on 25. Last week one of my colleague was saying all LC's filed in 2002 will be cleared soon, looks like its true.
