I talked with the attorney today and he said, nothing is clear about the location. INS has left lot of loopholes in the memo. they have released.
Any idea guys. My ND is Jan 2001.
And I was thinking of getting out of this "indentured labour"... :))

Its as siple as this
Come on H1 get f----ed
Apply GC get f----ed
Apply 485 (especially at TSC) get double f----ed

I am sorry for using indecent language, but really INS sucks man
