Tourist Visa for MIL/FIL

Hello I am a US Citizen, and my wife is on H1B Visa, which option would be better

1. Should I (USC) sponsor for my MIL/FIL

or

2. Should my wife(H1B Visa) sponsor her parents

Does either one make a difference? Please help.

visitor visas do not require sponsors.

Not an iota since your MIL/FIL need to overcome 214(b) on their own.
