My wife is staying in US (on H1-B) with my mother-in-law (on tourist visa) however my mother in law's visa is about to expire. We have following options
1) To let my mother-in-law come back and have her travel back in 1-2 months (after 5 months of stay). Would 1 month be too small a period for tourist to return?
2) To file for her extension. What kind of reasons are generally acceptable and how easy or difficult it is to get extension?
Essentially, we are looking at her 3 more months of stay for my mother-in-law.
Also what are the chances of following people getting tourist visa
1) Wife's Sister (married) to be accompanied with her baby but not husband
2) Wife's Aunt (around 60 years)
Request your inputs and advice. Thanks
