Hi,
I am a GC holder and I would like to bring my brother to US for a vacation for 1 month. He has just finished his under grad in Computer science and got admit for Grad. in an University in India.. He has his course starting only in August and I would like to bring him for a vacation in Tourist Visa..
Will there be any issues in getting a Tourist/B1 Visa for him..
