Tough question in this jobless economy?

Not a relevant question but urgent and no one else to help other than you guys ..
With Green Card.....
Is it illegal to work for two full time jobs.
Is there a way the first employer to know about the second job. ?
Reasons: Because on bench in current job.
Dont want to leave it now because 2 nd job not sure.

If both job has requirement to work 40hours/week fulltime, then
you need to find out how you can do that.
