I came to US with H1-B visa of Employer A. then I transferred my visa to Employer B.
Employer B’s visa got approved on Apr-15-2001. But employer B hasn’t got my original documents from the INS. Now I got an offer from Employer C. Employer C is asking my recent H1B papers (Employer B’s) to transfer to his company (employer C). But I am not having recent documents. As per INS database my papers got approved.
Is there any way to transfer my visa to Employer C without having recent (Employer B’s) visa papers?
But I am having Employer A visa papers.
Can I transfer my visa to Employer C from Employer A? (Employer A not recent employer, but this is valid till MAY 2002)
