Totally screwed up

My case follows the old process and they totally screwed it up.

P3 & Fee Mailed to NVC - 10/24/02
Check cashed on - 11/19/02
NVC lost our file this point and asked us to send it again - 12/17/02
I mailed [Fedex] the P3 to NH again on - 12/20/02
NVC located the lost file on - 12/20/02
NVC completed reviewing my case on - 1/9/03
But they lost my wife's forms.
NVC received the second set of forms - 1/13/03
They asked me to send a copy of the marriage certificate - 1/17/03
Mailed marriage certificate - 1/22/03
NVC entered the marriage certificate on - 2/5/03

Now waiting...waiting...waiting to see what else could happen.
Hopefully they won't lose things again.

Anybody else in similar situation?
 
My brother's case is exactly the same. Dates almost match too.
He is still waiting. Let us know how it goes with you.
