The interview package i received said in bold that starting from Jan 1, 2004 it's taking 3 days to issue the passport in case of approval.

Is that true?????

I did the dumbest thing and booked a flight for next day.

For how many of you it took 3 days?

Also, they didnt send me the DS156. It says on the interview letter that they recommend using the online DS156. How many of you filled it online?

well if you looked through the threads that though it says 3 days you usually get it back the same afternoon, but dont take my word for it.

Online filing of DS-156 is easy and required these days, search through several people used it for revalidation.

There might be some questions you will have while filing up DS-156 most have been answered on this forun in the revalidation thread, look through those
 
You will get your passport back next day.
